My sweet, little munchkin is almost eleven months! Where did the time go?!
We now have four teeth, are crawling and walking with support, eating solid foods like mashed potatoes, carrots, corn, rice, noodles, etc.! Isabella has mastered the sign for “all done” and does it so cheerfully. A couple weeks ago, she started clapping. She loves singing “If You’re Happy and You Know It”.
I continue to feel so incredibly blessed to be a part of her life and watch her grow and blossom into this feisty, opinionated, sweet, happy little girl. The saying rings true, “sugar and spice and everything nice, that’s what little girl’s are made of”. That’s my Izzy!
We’re working on being gentle with our hands. She is going to be a tom-boy, I just have this huge gut feeling. I don’t think her daddy would mind one bit! She loves to grab our faces and squeeze us as hard as she can. Although it’s not very pleasant for us, it’s Iz’s way of showing us that sweet affection, so we gobble it up! Her baby sister comes in July and we can’t wait to see how Izzy is going to react to another little one in the house.
Everyday with her is a blessing! I love that I get to be such a key part of her life. I am so blessed!
