1. How much I’m going to adore being a mom. Even the days where there’s either a laundry basket or baby on my hip all day long.

2. Routines do a baby well. Stick with it. They need that consistency.

3. Music is the best thing to soothe a baby AND you at the same time. Fussy baby? Turn up the tunes!

4. Weaning a baby off of bottles is the hardest thing ever.

5. Little ones absorb the personalities of those around them most. I love that Isabella has picked up parts of my personality and made it her own.

6. Even at the youngest age, kids need to be outside. It’s so good for them to look at the sky, sit in the grass and feel the texture, feel the breeze on their little faces.
